IPO of BioMar Group A/S on Nasdaq Copenhagen

Today was the first day of trading for BioMar Group A/S, and the shares have been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

BioMar Group A/S is the world's third-largest global producer of feed for high-value farmed fish and shrimp by volume and is a subsidiary of Schouw & Co.

Plesner advised the underwriters consisting of DNB Carnegie, Morgan Stanley, Danske Bank and Nordea in connection with the IPO.

BioMar Group A/S, the world's third-largest global producer of feed for high-value farmed fish and shrimp by volume, has completed its initial public offering and its shares have been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

BioMar operates 16 feed production facilities and five technology centres located in the major aquaculture hubs in Europe, Latin America and Asia, supplying high-value feed for more than 45 different species and offering its products in more than 90 countries to approximately 1,400 customers. In 2025, BioMar generated revenue of DKK 16.5 billion and EBIT exceeding DKK 1.1 billion.

Following completion of the offering, Schouw & Co. remains a majority shareholder.

Plesner acted as legal adviser to DNB Carnegie, Morgan Stanley, Danske Bank and Nordea in connection with the IPO.
