Ambitious Senior Bid Manager to Lead the Development of Plesner's Pitch and Go-to-Market Approach

We are looking for an experienced colleague to support our legal teams in delivering pitches based on a strong combination of professional knowledge, client and industry understanding, experience, and methodology. You will work closely with lawyers across specializations and roles to support the pitch work in line with the firm's strategy and ambitions.


You thrive on close collaboration with others

You will work closely with the lawyers in planning and preparing selected pitches for Danish and international clients. You will lead efforts to strengthen and further develop our foundation and platform, which underpin the firm's initiatives. You keep your finger on the pulse of new opportunities in this field, ensuring that the firm is continuously inspired by the latest trends. The role will require some work outside of normal business hours.

You will become part of the energetic Team Projects & Innovation, consisting of employees with various academic and professional backgrounds. The team contributes to go-to-market processes, works side by side with lawyers on legal cases, and drives innovation projects. It is a team with business understanding, working closely across the firm's various teams, both organizationally and professionally. The team leverages each other's strengths and competencies in everything they do.

Your focus areas will include:

  • Planning selected pitches in close collaboration with the respective partner or senior lawyer.
  • Collecting and preparing content for pitches in close collaboration with the legal teams and specialized business support teams, each contributing their expertise and knowledge.
  • Further developing and strengthening the firm's go-to-market approach and foundation, working effectively with methods, a structured toolbox, and ongoing experience.
  • Collecting feedback after pitch completion for further consolidation, analysis, and reporting, enabling continuous improvement of our methods and content based on structured data.
  • Ongoing presentations to management about our experiences with completed pitches.
  • Integrating the firm's solutions and tools into processes to ensure the best support with a focus on standardization and understanding of methodology.
  • Ongoing development and sparring with key individuals, enabling them to acquire the necessary skills to contribute effectively to the process, through training sessions, workshops, train-the-trainer setups, and mentoring.
  • External research to follow trends in the field and assess the potential for the firm.

We imagine that you have:

  • A relevant higher education and experiences that you can bring to the role, possibly in consulting or business development.
  • Experience with project management and/or complex commercial processes, translating ideas, learning, and input into concrete action.
  • A structured and methodical approach to task solving.
  • A passion for achieving high quality and attention to detail.
  • The ability to translate input and ideas into text, messages, and illustrations.
  • Motivation from juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure.
  • A desire for continuous improvement through learning and feedback from colleagues and clients.
  • Fluent communication in Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • A strength in forming and motivating teams across roles, seniority, expertise, and competencies to excel in planning and preparing targeted pitches.
