Michelle Nørgaard Hjorth

Michelle advises Danish and international companies on commercial law with a particular focus on commercial contracts and international trade. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including franchise, license, agency, distribution, and other supply chain contracts.

Michelle has a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen and completed a semester at the University of Queensland in Australia.
