Julia is an attorney-at-law in our IP team and in our Marketing Law and Consumer Law team.
Julia provides advice with respect to all areas of marketing and consumer law, including in connection with the planning of sales promotional activities and conflicts between businesses or with authorities and regulatory matters.
Julia also advises on IP law, including cases on counterfeited products, designs, trademarks and copyright.
