Emil Agerskov Thuesen

Emil advises clients across all sectors on a broad range of IT, telecom, technology and outsourcing matters, with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating contracts such as outsourcing, implementation and support agreements, as well as technology transactions and partnerships. 

His area of expertise also covers regulatory matters in the IT and telecom space, as well as cases involving a high degree of legal, technical and commercial complexity. 

Emil also assists clients with dispute resolution and settlement negotiations related to IT and technology matters. 

Emil holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southern Denmark and is a certified IT attorney accredited by the Association of Danish IT Attorneys. 

Emil works closely with colleagues in our Digital, Tech and Commercial team and across practice areas, and he actively supports Plesner's ability to deliver coordinated, practical, and commercially relevant solutions.
