Asger Rasch Pedersen

Asger advises Danish and international companies, private equity funds and banks on a broad range of financing matters and regulatory issues. Asger works with acquisition and operational financing, capital market transactions, project and asset financing, as well as financial regulation.

Asger has a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University. During his studies, Asger taught as a student instructor in, inter alia, constitutional law and the general principles of law of obligations, reflecting a strong academic foundation and an ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly.
