Amanda is an attorney-at-law in our Employment and Labour Law team.
Amanda advises on a wide range of employment and labour law issues, including considerations and procedures when hiring and dismissing both national and foreign employees, agreements on restrictive covenants, discrimination, and changes to existing terms of employment.
Amanda has particular experience in dealing with platform workers, and she is involved in complex matters related to platform work and implementation of the EU Platform Workers Directive.
She also frequently assists clients in litigation cases.
