Plesner assisted Ambu with a DKK 1.1 billion accelerated bookbuilding offering

Plesner has assisted Ambu with an equity raise through an accelerated bookbuilding offering in a private placement of 11,577,957 new B-shares and 250,000 existing treasury B-shares. The gross proceeds of the offering are approximately DKK 1.1 billion.

Ambu has launched and completed a successful private placement of new B-shares and existing treasury B-shares at a price of DKK 93 per share raising gross proceeds of approximately DKK 1.1 billion.

Plesner acted as legal advisor to Ambu in connection with accelerated bookbuilding offering. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer acted as U.S. legal advisor to Ambu. Danske Bank, J.P. Morgan SE and Nordea Danmark, Filial af Nordea Bank Abp, Finland acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.

Ambu intends to use the net proceeds to reduce its financial leverage and ensure an appropriate level of operational flexibility to deliver on its long-term financial targets.

Ambu is a Danish company founded in 1937 and is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen. Ambu develops, produces and markets single-use endoscopy solutions, diagnostic and life-supporting equipment to hospitals, private practices, and rescue services.
