Svend Erik is an attorney-at-law, of counsel, in our Tax team. He has more than 30 years of experience and conducts tax cases before the Danish courts, the Danish National Tax Tribunal and other administrative authorities.

Svend Erik has been involved in some of the biggest and most complex tax cases. In close cooperation with Hans Severin Hansen and the other partners in Plesner's Tax team he has been successful in several tax cases of general public importance that have subsequently resulted in amendments to Danish legislation or administrative practice in the area.

In addition to conducting cases Svend Erik has advised a large number of Danish and foreign companies on tax issues.

As a member of the tax committee under the Danish Bar and Law Society, Svend Erik has also been actively involved for many years in the work to improve due process of law in the area of taxation. 

Svend Erik participates actively in professional discussions on taxes and duties, and he has been a regular contributor to the Danish tax journal "Revision og Regnskabsvæsen" for more than 25 years.
